Is everything prāz makes really natural? Yes! We only source the best natural ingredients from around the world for our masks, soaks, oils, and serums.

Are your products made in the U.S.A.?

Yes, all of our products are made in our small production facility in Brooklyn, New York. 

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

All our products are safe to use, but we do recommend that you consult your physician to be sure these products align with your pregnancy plan.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Since our products are all-natural and do not include any unnatural preservatives, we use UV Miron Glass bottles that protect our products and keep them fresher longer than our competitors. Prāz products have a shelf life of typically 15 months. In the rare case that you purchase one of our products and find that it is not at its freshest point, please email us so we can handle this on a case-by-case basis. Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?

At this time, we can only allow one discount code per order. Unless otherwise noted.

Your shipping rates seem high, why is that?

Our products are preserved in high quality UV Miron Violet Glass. We take extra measures to safely package your order to ensure a safe arrival to your doorstep. For these reasons shipping may be slightly more than expected.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is shipped with your tracking number. Please contact us using the fill in form if you have not received your tracking email within 4 days from the purchase date.

What is your return policy?

We will accept any full-sized product for a return, no exchanges, as long as it is at least half full and received within 60 days of initial purchase.

What if I received an order with broken or missing items?

Please contact us using the fill in contact form on the prāz naturals website as soon as possible after receiving the order within 60 days (our return policy timeframe). Be sure to take a picture of the broken items as customer service will request the photo for the return.

What if I have an adverse reaction to a Prāz product?

All cosmetic ingredients have the potential to irritate sensitive skin regardless of the amount present in an individual product.

Irritations may occur with changes in products, diet and routine. We ask that you consider any changes to your regular routine that may have triggered the reaction.

If irritation persists, we recommend discontinue use of the product and please contact us with your concern.
